I will support our Habitat for Humanity project by doing the following: *
I will pray for our congregation, for the homeowner family, and for Habitat for Humanity. I will prepare a lunch or snack for the construction workers. I will pick up or deliver food to the worksite. I will work on publicity. I will make phone calls and/or send out reminders. I will be a fundraiser (work on fundraising projects). I will work with the affiliate to provide support services to the family. I will be a "gopher" and pick up / deliver people and materials. I will help build the Habitat house. I will be responsible for a short morning devotional at the worksite. I will provide child care so a parent can work on the house. I will be a first aid volunteer at the worksite. I will help plant flowers and shrubbery. I will help clean up the worksite and keep it neat / safe. I am not afraid to work at heights (20' or higher on ladders, scaffolding, etc). I am a person under 18 years of age and I would like to help too.

I understand that CWHFH and Habitat For Humanity, Inc. cannot be held liable for any injury or illness that I or my dependent(s) may suffer I expressly waive any such claim far compensation or liability on the part of CWHFH or Habitat for Humanity, Inc . beyond what may be offered freely by the representative of either of these organizations in the event of such injury or medical expense
